There is no cost to the property for using hip tips besides the periodic replacement of hotel and guest room marketing collateral.

When a guest tips a department or the entire staff, the tip is divided by the number of employees that is being shared with.

In todays digital world, less and less people are carrying cash with them. Allowing the guest to tip digitally increases the number of tips. This allows employees to earn more. Also, HipTips prevents employees from ever having to worry about their tips being taken by someone else because the guest chooses who they want to tip.

Your company will post tips through your payroll system. You will receive your tips on your regular paycheck.

No, there is no limit on the amount of tips you can receive.

- Yes! We don't save any personal information of employees or guests. In addition, we pay for added security features along with going through a 3rd party (Stripe) who specializes in secure online payments. We want all of our users to have the peace of mind knowing that their personal information is safe and secure.
